This new generation of intelligent steam generators has been developed as a direct re-sult of our many years of experience of customer requirement with many new features and improvements when compared to older product types as follows:
1ㄝ Large and improved time display screen showing time in hours and minutes and allowing settings of between 15 and 240 minutes 每 many old types are restricted to 30 每 60 minutes
2ㄝ Temperature settings allow for 30 to 60 degrees and for the display to be in centig-rade or Fahrenheit according to the customer＊s preference 每 many old types only allow 35 to 55 and only display in centigrade
3ㄝ Sequential heating - each generator is fitted with 3 banks of heating elements to provide sequential heating - from cold all 3 banks operate for maximum power and rapid heating, when the steam room temperature is almost reached bank 1 stop, when the r-equired temperature is achieved bank 2 stop and the temperature is maintained by ba-nk 3 alternating on and off 每 this helps to maintain the temperature inside the steam room at a consistent level adding to the user＊s comfort while simultaneously helping to save energy and prolong the working life of he elements 每 many old type generators only heat with all elements so boiling is rapid. the steam outlet is always furious and the steam room temperature is less stable and less comfortable for the client.
4ㄝ One advanced OC 每S and OC 每A controller can operate multiple steam generators allowing commercial operators to power large capacity steam rooms with ease.
5ㄝ Advanced digital signal control mode allows the generator to be controlled from up to 20 meters away without interference from other cabling 每 old analogue systems can only control over a short distance and are easily disturbed by spurious electromagn-etism
6ㄝ Overheat and boil dry protection as standard
7ㄝ Bright red high visibility steam inlet nozzle to help prevent scalding
8ㄝ Auto drain-down with controlled flushing cycle as standard 每 many old type generators only have manual draining and no flushing cycle.
9ㄝ Diagnostics - 8 LEDs on the controller show 12 different working stages and operations that can be used for elementary diagnosis if a problem should occur.

Steam generator test
Every Oceanic steam generator is subjected to 5 strictly controlled tests:
1ㄝ48 hour continual test for circuit board
2ㄝController is tested for all functions
3ㄝHigh voltage test
4ㄝEarthing resistance test
5. Power test.
6ㄝOperational test of every steam generator before packing
